In addition, we speculate that there will be licensing requirements for online casinos to legally accept US players once the US online gaming market is officially regulated. Harrahs will more than likely have a jump start on acquiring that license which would give them a competitive advantage against even the largest online poker sites currently accepting US players. If they time a US launch around one of their annual airings of the WSOP, they have a chance to capture a major share of the US market. This is of course purely speculation, but it seems to be headed in that general direction.
